At Grace Community Christian Church, our faith is built on fundamental biblical principles that guide how we worship, live, and serve.
Unity in Essentials
We stand together in key beliefs, trusting in God's truth revealed through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. The Bible is God’s infallible Word and our foundation for faith and life.
Freedom in Non-Essentials
In areas where the Bible allows different views, we respect each other's perspectives and encourage one another to grow in biblical truth and wisdom.
Love in Everything – As followers of Christ, we are called to reflect His love in all we do. No matter the differences in belief, we strive to show grace, kindness, and respect, just as Jesus did. “Let all that you do be done in love” (1 Corinthians 16:14).
Core Beliefs
- God – One God, revealed in the Trinity as the Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ – Born of a virgin, He lived a sinless life, died as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose from the dead seated at the right hand of the father, and now intercedes for us in heaven. He will return to judge the living and the dead.
- Salvation – All people are created in God’s image but separated from Him by sin. Salvation is a gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus alone.
- The Church – A united body of believers, led by the Holy Spirit. We practice baptism by immersion as an act of faith and obedience.
- Communion – We take the Lord’s Supper every week to remember Christ’s sacrifice, welcoming all believers to join.
Our mission is simple: Love God, love people, and serve the world. We hold firmly to these beliefs as commanded by Jesus in Matthew 22: 37-39.
